Conrad brings with him 32 years of "customer service" and "public servant" experience. He is a retired San Antonio firefighter and paramedic. He also spent 4 years as a flight paramedic with San Antonio AirLife, an air medical rescue helicopter based in San Antonio.

Conrad has accumulated a great deal of professional relationships, locally, statewide, and nationally. His excellent rapport with families and the community is second nature to him.  He uses these skills consistently in the world of real estate.
